MedKoo CAT#: 130159

CAS#: 2857049-72-8

Description: TDI-11861 is a sAC/ADCY10 inhibitor and has promise for use as a male contraceptive, which is partially attributed to its slow dissociation rates. TDI-11861 has been shown to inhibit sperm motility in vivo. TDI-11861 functions by binding sAC protein and inhibiting the in vitro activity of adenylyl cyclase activity of purified sAC protein.
