Description: BP Lipid 129 is an amine ionizable lipid used to prepare lipid nanoparitlcels (LNPs). The lipid has propanolamine as a lipid head group which enhances the mRNA encapsulation and provides exceptional physiochemical properties. Both esters of the lipid are at the C6 position relative to the amine. The lipid can be used for mRNA delivery.
