Description: BP Lipid 126 is an amino ionizable lipid with ester bonds located at C8 and C7 position relative to nitrogen. The ester linkages are introduced to improve tissue clearance. The ethanolamine head can effectively enhance mRNA encapsulation. The primary ester at C8 position contains 9 carbons lipid tail. The ionizable lipid can be used for mRNA delivery due to its excellent physiochemical properties.
