MedKoo CAT#: 328301

CAS#: 13710-19-5

Description: Tolfenamic acid, also known as Clotam, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. Tolfenamic acid interferes with synthesis of β-amyloid precursor protein, and thus Aβ peptides, by promoting degradation of an essential transcription factor. Tolfenamic acid has been shown to exhibit anti-cancer activities in several types of cancer.
