Description: Ono-3708 is a potent antagonist of the thromboxane A2/prostaglandin endoperoxide receptor in vitro and in vivo and may be of therapeutic use in preventing cerebral vasospasm. Recent studies suggest that Ono-378 could play an important role in the pathogenesis of thrombosis and that ONO-3708 may have therapeutic advantages in preventing thrombosis.
