Description: Tigloidine is a tropane alkaloid and a naturally occurring analog of atropine, found in small quantities in Duboisia myoporoides. Tigloidine has been found to be beneficial in the treatment of Parkinsonism, Huntington’s Chorea and spastic paraplegia.
