MedKoo CAT#: 406401

Description: DMAT, also known as 2-dimethylamino-4,5,6,7-tetrabromobenzimidazole, is a potent CK2 inhibitor, which shows anti-neoplastic effect on growth and hormonal activity of human adrenocortical carcinoma cell line (H295R) in vitro. DMAT also induces cell death in antiestrogen resistant human breast cancer cells.
