Description: UJN-00411 is a novel selective inhibitor of the transient receptor potential melastatin 2 (TRPM2) channel, exhibiting TRPM2 selectivity over TRPM8 and TRPV1 channels as well as phospholipase A2 and showing neuroprotective activity in vitro, and significantly reducing cerebral infarction in vivo. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
