Description: CCI-006 is a selective inhibitor and chemosensitizer of MLL-rearranged leukemia cells, by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration resulting in insurmountable mitochondrial depolarization and a pro-apoptotic unfolded protein response (UPR) in a subset of MLL-r leukemia cells.
