Description: Ononin is a glycoside isoflavone with anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective activities. Ononin inhibits LPS-induced production of nitrite, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α by RAW 264.7 macrophages.
