Description: AMG-337 monohydrate is a highly selective small molecule MET inhibitor. Aberrant hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/MET signaling has been implicated in hepatocarcinogenesis, suggesting that MET may serve as an attractive therapeutic target in hepatocellular carcinoma.
