Additional Information

The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases water solubility, allowing easy modification of cysteine containing biomolecules such as antibodies, proteins and peptides with the terminal alkyne. The PEG spacer will also reduce aggregation of modified proteins stored in solution by adding hydrophilic character.
