More Info: The Sulfo-MBS crosslinking reagent's NHS ester and maleimide reactive groups react with amine and sulfhydryl moites, respectively. SATA Protein Modifier can be used to add sulfhydryl groups (thiols, -SH) to proteins or peptides prior to Sulfo-MBS crosslinking.
