MedKoo CAT#: 561682

CAS#: 104594-70-9

Description: CAPE is an inhibitor of BAF. It works by activating latent HIV-1, inhibiting PDGF-induced proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells through the activation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)-1alpha and subsequent induction of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1).
