Description: Sulmazole is a positive inotrope sulmazole inhibits the function of guanine nucleotide regulatory proteins by affecting GTP turnover. Sulmazole effects on mechanical performance of hypoxic and reoxygenated isolated mammalian myocardium. Sulmazole (AR-L 115BS) activates the sheep cardiac muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-release channel in the presence and absence of calcium.
