Description: Dezaguanine is a new antipurine antimetabolite. Dezaguanine has an unusual spectrum of activity against experimental rodent tumors; its activity against transplantable rodent leukemias is only modest, but it has significant activity against transplantable rodent solid tumors, particularly mammary adenocarcinomas.
