Description: FW1256 is a slow release Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) dononr. Hydrogen sulfide is now recognized as a physiologically important gasotransmitter. FW1256 was significantly more potent in cells. FW1256 may be useful for studies of H2S in biology and as potential therapeutics in cancer, inflammation and cardiovascular disease.
