Description: ABD-295 is an antiresorptive agent, osteoclast inhibitor, and novel biphenylsulfide derivative with potent inhibitory effects on osteoclastic bone resorption in vitro. It has been shown to prevent ovariectomy-induced bone loss in vivo.
