Description: KC01 is a covalent inhibitor of ABHD16A. ABHD16A is a phosphatidylserine (PS) lipase that generates lyso-PS in mammalian systems. KC01 can deplete lysoPSs from cells, including lymphoblasts derived from subjects with PHARC.
