How to order

How to order products from MedKoo

Quotations

Please send email to sales@medkoo.com  to ask for quotations.  Please indicate quantity of each molecule you are interested in. Please also include your official contacts including company or institution name, physical address, telephone and fax number, email, official website, etc.

After receiving your email inquiry, it typically takes 24 ~ 48 hours to process and prepare the quotation. The document of our quotations will only be provided through email to inquirers who have a valid email address from a corporation, university, research institute, or government institution.  For security and confidential reason, we do not send quotation documents to emails which are free to publics such as hotmail.com, yahoo.com, or gmail.com.

Orders:

To place an order, please send your official purchase order with a PO number (PDF file) to sales@medkoo.com.

Pay method and pay terms:

At this moment, Medkoo only accepts checks or wire transfer for payment. We do not accept credit order. For clients in USA, we accept Net 30 term. For international clients, we only accept pay term: T/T in advance.

Shipping:

The product will be shipped through standard express shipping (FedEX, UPS, USPS, etc.).  After the package is shipped, we will inform client the tracking number.

Liability and patent issues

All products, unless clearly indicated otherwise, are sold for research or manufacturing purposes only, are not for human, veterinary and household use. The products under valid patent protection are not offered at this time.  It is fully client's responsibility to comply with the rules, regulations and patent laws.

Warranty:

Medkoo warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will reasonably conform to the product description that accompanies each product, for a period of thirty (30) days from the shipment date of the product (the “Warranty Period”). If a product has a defect in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period, MedKoo will either refund to Buyer the purchase price of the product or replace such product, minus a restocking fee of 20% of the product value. To properly make a warranty claim, Buyer must contact Medkoo through email sales@medkoo.com or call 919-279-0682 prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period. MEDKOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, , INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST EXPENSES, PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.
