Policy to protect confidentiality and intellectual property

We fully understand that Intellectual property (IP) is our customer's most valuable asset. Protecting IP and respecting the confidentiality of our customers are our top responsibility at MedKoo. We have developed a rigorous confidentiality protocol and policy to protect our customer's proprietary information, which include the following:

o    Every MedKoo employee must sign a confidentiality agreement prior to employment.

o    Medkoo will sign a mutual  confidentiality agreement  with our clients and partners before starting business collaborations.

o    MedKoo assigns a code for each customer and project, and only limited key managers know how the codes are assigned.

o    Any MedKoo employee who violates  MedKoo's confidentiality protocol and policy is subject to disciplinary action including termination. Certain violations to Medkoo's policy may lead to individual prosecution.

o    MedKoo performances daily laboratory notebook signing, witness, inspection, and archive. All information, including technical reports, presentations, research summary, and project information, is archived and stored in a special designed security and fire-protected room with limited, controlled access.

o    Only certain authorized scientists & visitors are allowed to access to the lab and production area. Photography is prohibited without prior permission
