Information about this agent

Nimustine is a nitrosourea with antineoplastic activity. Nimustine alkylates and crosslinks DNA, thereby causing DNA fragmentation, inhibition of protein synthesis, and cell death. Check for active clinical trials or closed clinical trials using this agent. (NCI Thesaurus).
